If you feel that you need a break or that your gaming has become problematic, you can voluntarily exclude yourself from the Mistravo Astro platform using the tools provided in the "Profile" section on our website. You can request exclusion from the Mistravo Astro platform by choosing one of the following options:
The option you choose will take effect immediately. If you subsequently find that you still have access to the Mistravo Astro platform, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately by email.
During any exclusion period, you will not have access to the Mistravo Astro platform. If you need access to your account history and/or information, you must email our customer support team.
Once the limited time-out expires, your access to the Mistravo Astro platform will be restored.
After you self-exclude and for the duration of your exclusion, you will no longer receive marketing communications from us. We strongly recommend that you also request exclusion from any other gaming platforms where you have an active account. If you use social media, you should take steps to ensure you do not receive news or updates from us.
Once self-exclusion (or any other form of closure) is applied, and for the duration of that exclusion, you will no longer receive any marketing materials from us; however, system updates may take up to 24 hours, so during this period you might still receive marketing communications—simply ignore them.
We also strongly recommend that you seek exclusion from all other gaming platforms where you hold an active account. If you use social media, take measures to stop receiving news or updates from us.
We may exclude you from the Mistravo Astro platform either permanently or for a limited waiting period at our sole discretion if there is reason to believe that you might have issues with computer gaming.
You can cancel your account. If you wish to do so, please send a written request to customer support via email at the provided address.
We reserve the right to refuse or close a client account at our discretion, but all contractual obligations that have already been accepted will be fulfilled accordingly.
You can also voluntarily exclude yourself from the Mistravo Astro platform if you do not have a customer account. To do so, you must send an email with your full name, complete address, email address, and age so that we can block you from future registration and gaming on the Mistravo Astro platform. This self-exclusion will be reversed only 7 days after we receive your written request to ignore your previous self-exclusion.
You can review your gaming information in the "Gaming History" section on the Mistravo Astro website and in the "Transaction History" section on the platform. For any gaming information that goes beyond the records displayed in your gaming history, please contact customer support via email.
